HotSeat exhibited its latest Flight Simulators at the International Convention of Air Shows. The companies Flight Sims are used for corporate entertainment by Red Bull Air Races, Pepsi, and Wal-Mart. They are also used for Recruitment for various branches of the military.

HotSeat Chassis introduced the Pilot Pro® and the companies first Motion Flight Sim® to the military simulation industry. The Pilot Pro® immerses the pilot in a true 200 degree field of view providing correct left, center and right views from the left pilot seat. The unique Slide Away Screen® design allows easy entry and exit. The companies Progressive Fidelity Training® simulators reduce the total cost of training pilots by starting in a low fidelity simulator to 40% proficiency the moving into the Pilot Pro® simulator to 70% and finishing training in a fully articulated full function simulator provided by Lockheed Martin.
The Motion Flight Sim® is a platform that delivers pitch and roll functions along with up to 16 Hz of vibration that simulates rotary wing and vertical landing fighter capabilities in a low cost platform. All of the company’s simulators are designed to be integrated onto this platform.

Lockheed Martin has introduced its newest “5th Generation Training System” for the upcoming F-35 joint Strike Force Fighter program using the HotSeat Combat Sim® chassis. The Combat Sim® is configured with a glass cockpit touch screen below and an outside view above. The HOTAS are placed correctly for the pilot to train in a low fidelity setting where basic system training can be accomplished and a much lower cost per hour.
11-15-08 - NASA orders Flight Sim for Kennedy Space Center
HotSeat Chassis has received a procurement contract from NASA for one of the company’s flight simulators. The unit is equipped with controls and software approved for logable sim time towards FAA training will be installed at the Kennedy Space Center in January 2009.
